Biography

Zhou Jiayu, MD. He graduated from the Plastic Surgery Program of Peking Union Medical College in 2016, with research directions in tissue transplantation and organ reconstruction. Since 2016, he has been engaged in clinical, research, and teaching work at Peking Union Medical College and the Plastic Surgery Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. He has long been engaged in clinical and teaching work in plastic surgery. He has served successively as a resident physician, chief resident, and attending physician. He has completed a large number of plastic and aesthetic surgery procedures. The procedures include double-eyelid blepharoplasty, lower eyelid bag removal, liposuction and body contouring, correction of prominent ear deformity, minimally invasive injectable aesthetic treatments, and scar revision, among others. He is particularly skilled in auricular reconstruction and correction of auricular deformities. He has led and participated in multiple provincial/ministerial and institutional-level research projects.
